To shed light on these developments, commissioned by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, Consulates General in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Hongkong, Peterson Solutions has conducted a comprehensive market study on the development of China’s circular textile sector, enriched with real-world case studies.

Speakers bio
Kehua Hu is the Deputy Director of the Office for Social Responsibility and the Sustainability Stewardship Director at the China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC). With over 18 years of experience, he has played a key role in advancing sustainability in China’s textile industry through legislation, standardization, policy advocacy, and project collaborations.
Elizabeth Keegan is the Global Sector Lead for Textiles at Peterson Solutions, where she partners with brands, retailers, and producers worldwide to drive strategy and sustainability across the fashion, apparel, and textiles value chain. She focuses on turning ESG and supply chain challenges into practical solutions with measurable business impact. A keen collaborator, Elizabeth works across diverse stakeholders to build shared solutions for a more sustainable and resilient industry.
