Anouk is an all-round fashion professional specialized in sustainability. During her studies at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, she got the opportunity to develop her textile knowledge in Peru, during a traineeship at a vertically integrated garment company with the goal to become the most sustainable textile plant of Peru. After short work experience in research and development and buying she made a shift to social corporate sustainability to help change companies become more sustainable.

Geert Doorlag is a researcher at Auping. Research at Auping focuses on sleep and circularity and is conducted in collaboration with industry partners and with knowledge institutes. In recent years, much attention has been paid to organising and optimising a fully closed polyester textile recycling loop for Auping's circular mattress range.

Terry works almost 21 years at Livera and started her biggest challenge here! After many years as a buyer, visiting our suppliers all over the world, and 6 years as a project manager, she started her biggest and most challenging project: making Livera more sustainable day by day. The change within the company, the team and their way of working makes her proud and gives her that drive to keep going.
