From DPP ambition to action: real-world lessons from Xandres & Fabienne Chapot
Knowing what a Digital Product Passport is, is one thing. Actually implementing one is where the real questions begin.
What data do you already have? What’s missing? Who owns it internally? How do you involve suppliers? And how do you make sure the information behind your DPP is reliable enough to actually use?
Following tex.tracer’s CTD workshop in 2025, this year’s session moves from theory and brainstorming to real-world implementation. Jolanda Kooi, CEO of tex.tracer, and Nikki Admiraal, DPP Lead, will share practical lessons from implementations with Xandres and Fabienne Chapot, including what worked, where challenges emerged and what it takes to move forward with verified product and value chain data.
But you won’t just hear about their experiences. You’ll apply the learnings to your own organisation.
In a practical DPP readiness exercise, you’ll map a product or product category against four questions: What data do we have? What is missing? Who owns it? And which teams or partners need to be involved?
Together with other participants, you’ll compare findings and discuss recurring challenges around supplier engagement, data reliability and creating value beyond compliance.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clearer picture of your own DPP readiness and concrete next steps to take back to your organisation.
Want to join? The workshop is free to attend, but registration is required. Reserve your workshop spot through the ticket shop.
Please note: a valid Circular Textile Days event ticket is required to participate.
