Entrance and exposure

Free business tickets are part of your participation package and are valid on one day of your choice for business relations or colleagues.

If you want to make more business tickets available for business relations, you can buy business cards with a 50% discount in the webshop.

The doors of the Koepelhal are open for visitors at:
30 September: 14:00 – 21.30
1 October: 9.30 – 16.30

Paid public parking spaces are available in the Spoorzone

Exhibitors and start-ups will receive 2 or 1 tickets to the event, respectively. A few weeks prior, the names of the stand crew will be requested and tickets will be made available.

Lunch

On the 30th, lunch vouchers for a crew lunch can be purchased from the exhibitor webshop. Please share dietary requirements if needed.

Dinner

Crew will receive dinner vouchers redeemable at the food trucks during the networking evening of 30 September. Both vegetarian and vegan options are available directly. For any other dietary requirements, please reach out.

build-up & dismantling

The booth can be set up on September 30, 2026, between 09:00 and 13:30. As the event opens to visitors at 14:00, all build-up activities must be completed by 13:30. Please ensure that all packing materials, tools, trolleys, and other installation equipment are removed from the exhibition floor before this time. Exhibitors should have their booth fully ready and staffed no later than 13:30.

For loading and unloading materials, we recommend bringing a loading cart or hand truck.

Important: please first report to the Circular Textile Days team at the CTD-desk upon arrival. We will guide you to your booth and love to help you on your way with instructions on how to use the booth. It is only allowed to use tape from the organization for attachment to the booth walls. A mechanic is present to assist with this. Costs as a result of damage to the booth will always be charged.

Dismantling of the booth is possible on 1 October between 16:30 and 19:30.

Important: Earlier dismantling is not permitted. Please be considerate of the other exhibitors. We count on you!

The cladding of the walls is made of wood, in the color black. Light materials can be attached to it with specially designed tape. The booth builder will have double-sided tape available on the set-up day. In view of possible damage, the use of your own fasteners is not permitted. A mechanic is on hand to assist with confirmation.

Please note: Improper use of fasteners may cause damage. This damage will be charged to the exhibitor in question afterwards.

The company name is displayed uniformly on the frieze list above the stand. As a company name, we use the company name specified in the registration form.

Each booth has its own power point (230V).

You have to provide your own reel / plug socket.

Each booth has a LED duo spot to illuminate the booth.

Once logged in to the dashboard, you will find a menu on the left-hand side. The ‘Booth add-ons’ tab will take you to an overview of items that can be ordered extra to equip your booth or to give more exposure to your participation.

We have created a webshop for you to efficiently order immediately and checkout the items you require.

We make sure you have the additional inventory displayed on your booth and if you require media attention, we will take care of that with you.

July 30th is the deadline for a request for wall covering & furniture.

August 20th is the deadline for submitting additional booth materials
