Booth information
Information on the size of your booth, to equip it as you wish, can be found in the linked booth info document .
The cladding of the walls is made of wood, in the color black. Light materials can be attached to it with specially designed tape. The booth builder will have double-sided tape available on the set-up day. In view of possible damage, the use of your own fasteners is not permitted. A mechanic is on hand to assist with confirmation.
Please note: Improper use of fasteners may cause damage. This damage will be charged to the exhibitor in question afterwards.
The company name is displayed uniformly on the frieze list above the stand. As a company name, we use the company name specified in the registration form.

You have to provide your own reel / plug socket.
Once logged in into the dashboard, you will find a menu on the left-hand side. The ‘Booth add-ons’ tab will take you to an overview of items that can be ordered extra to equipe your booth or to give more exposure to your participation.
We have created a webshop for you to efficiently order immediately and checkout the items you require.
We make sure you have the additional inventory displayed on your booth and if you require media attention, we will take care of that with you.
August 1th is the deadline for a request for wall covering. After this date a a surcharge is added
August 12th is the deadline for submitting additional booth materials

The final floor plan is expected to be available by the end of August.
Entrance and exposure
Free business tickets are part of your participation package and are valid on one day of your choice for business relations or colleagues.
If you want to make more business tickets available for business relations, you can buy business cards with a 50% discount in the webshop.
Exhibitors, Start-ups and Associates will receive 2, 1 respectively 1 tickets to the event. A few weeks prior, the names of the stand crew will be requested and tickets will be made available.
Lunch
On 10 and 11 September, lunch will be available in the designated area on the exhibition floor. Lunch will be in buffet-style. On presentation of a voucher, which will be handed over at the start of the event, lunch can be picked up between 12:00 and 13:30 or consumed there.
2 or 1 lunch voucher(s) per day are available per stand / start-up. There is plenty of catering available on the exhibition floor if you are manning the stand with more than two people.
If desired, extra lunch can be purchased in the webshop until Friday 15 August.
Special Dietary requirement lunches can be picked up at the service desk.
build-up & dismantling
- Foyer: between 13:00 and 19:00 (attaching wall materials only possible from 15:00).
- Limousin 2: between 15:00 and 19:00.
- Attaching materials with the help of a mechanic: 15.00 – 18.30.
For loading and unloading materials, we recommend bringing a loading cart or hand truck. Door 6 on the right side of Congress Centre 1931 can be used. For both the foyer and Limousin 2.
Important: please first report to the Circular Textile Days team at the CTD-desk upon arrival. We will guide you to your booth and love to help you on your way with instructions on how to use the booth. It is only allowed to use tape from the organization for attachment to the booth walls. A mechanic is present to assist with this. Costs as a result of damage to the booth will always be charged.
On September 10, it is only possible to set up between 8:00 and 9:00. After 9.00 a.m. it is no longer allowed to build up due to the visitors already present.

Dismantling of the booth is possible on 11 September between 16:30 and 19:30.
Important: Earlier dismantling is not permitted. Please be considerate of the other exhibitors. We count on you!
